1. Controller
The data controller is Sintegrium OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, European Union. For anything in this policy, write to contact@sintegrium.com.
2. What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store what you typed: name, email, company (optional), Telegram handle (optional), area of interest and your message. Alongside it we store a salted hash of your IP address (used only for rate-limiting; the raw address is never stored) and the browser user-agent string. Standard technical logs (web-server access logs) exist at the infrastructure level.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process this data to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a proposal you asked for — legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f). We do not use it for marketing, do not enrich it, and do not share it.
4. Storage & retention
Submissions are stored on self-hosted, EU-operated infrastructure. No third-party processors touch this data — no external CRM, no analytics suite, no mail-marketing platform. Retention: 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
5. Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary cookies: your cookie-consent choice and the administrator login session. No analytics or marketing cookies are set. The consent banner defines optional categories (functional, analytics, marketing) for transparency, but they are inactive — nothing fires unless this policy and the banner are updated first.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — write to contact@sintegrium.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; for Estonia that is the Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated effective date. Material changes to cookie behavior are reflected in the consent banner before they take effect.
